Can't add a ticket? Really need to be able to add a ticket. When I find broken items away from the laptop, I cannot create a new ticket and assign it. I love the web browser desktop version, but the limited app makes this entire ecosystem worthless for me.

Good to show you your tasks. But cannot reassign tickets on the go to other technicians. Would do so via the web page but it is not mobile friendly and it too cumbersome to navigate.

Worked great until it didn't. Freezes on OneDesk start screen. Uninstall/re-install does not fix.
