Guys, this bank I guess just targets the people who don't have any credit cards and continue to share your information around... and to make a payment, that feature in the app is like a total ragebait cuz it doesn't let you make any payments or show updates about your spending. 💯 Not recommended. I'm going to pay off my current bill by contacting the customer service and close the account. I just activated and used it today and am unable to make a payment though the app real quick.

It at least allows me to log in now, which is a step in the right direction but when I try to open a billing statement (pdf) it says the "file can't be accessed" and to "check my connection or make the file name shorter". Not the most useful app if you put most of the pertinent information in a PDF, then don't let me open the PDF... looks like I have to continue getting out my laptop and using ~not~ Chrome to access the website. 😑

App is pretty simple for a starter credit card but crashes frequently. If they want to, they could just make the app work better in specific phones such as Samsung store since they work better there. You can't even lock your card at a press of a button at anytime you'd be requesting a new card if you did that I believe. No rewards or incentives to stay honestly, kinda lackluster with the features. My debit card on Discover has more features on the app than this.
