Verify once. Check in everywhere.

Every hotel asks for the same thing — your passport or ID, photocopied,
handed across a desk, filed away somewhere you'll never see. OneID replaces
that. Verify your identity one time, and every partner hotel check-in
becomes a 6-digit code.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign in with your phone number. No password, no forms.
2. Verify your identity once — through DigiLocker, your Aadhaar Offline
   e-KYC file, or another government ID.
3. At the hotel, generate a single-use code or scan the QR at the desk.
   That's the whole check-in.

VERIFY THE WAY YOU PREFER

• DigiLocker — pull your Aadhaar, driving licence, or passport straight
  from the issuer. Instant and paperless.
• Aadhaar Offline e-KYC — upload the XML you download from UIDAI. We read
  only what's needed and store only the masked last four digits.
• Other government ID — submit a passport, driving licence, or voter ID for
  review by the OneID team.
• Optional face verification — a quick selfie links your face to your
  verified ID, so hotels see a stronger verification badge.

CHECK IN WITHOUT THE PAPERWORK

• Generate a 6-digit share code that works exactly once and expires in five
  minutes.
• Or show the QR — the front desk scans it and you're done.
• Scan the hotel's own QR to check yourself in, no queue required.
• Arriving later? Open a pre-arrival link from the hotel and complete your
  check-in before you land.

YOUR DOCUMENTS STAY YOURS

This is the part that matters. OneID never stores your full document
number — only a masked reference showing the last four digits.

When you check in, the hotel receives an attested guest card: your name,
your photo, and a masked ID reference. They never receive your documents,
your full ID number, or your e-KYC file. Nothing is shared until you tap to
consent, and every hotel that has ever seen your identity is listed in the
app.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL

• See exactly which hotels have accessed your identity, and when.
• Revoke any hotel's access at any time, from your phone.
• Review your full check-in history in one place.
• Request a copy of your data, ask for a correction, or request erasure —
  directly in the app, under your rights in India's Digital Personal Data
  Protection Act, 2023.
• Raise a grievance and get a response from our grievance officer within the
  timeline the law requires.

Check-in records held by hotels are retained under their legal guest-register
obligations, and we tell you that plainly rather than burying it.
