When I scan my corporate qr code it redirected me to a blank white screen, I ve updated the app even cleared app data, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still not working, I installed a dual space app to have a clone of the app and it worked in it perfectly an the qr redirected me to the approval page, My phone is Poco X6 pro Android 15, please help

It is asking me to scan a qr to verify my ac. But how is it possible to scan the qr when it's disclayed on the same phone and the app doesn't have the option to scan the qr from gallary or might be possible that I am the only odd one who is using a single mobile device

Ever since we switched from duo to this app I have not able to open all the apps from my work. I can't even receive a push notification 😤
