Worst app. Can't believe organisation are paying for this level of pathetic service. The app crashed after the last update. On reinstalling not able to restore even with the 12 word security just goes into an unending loop of live id verification turn right turn left. Sheer waste of time!!! Can't even log in to system with password or otp. Really a disgrace...

App seems very incomplete. It's not very intuitive and seems very clunky. The app doesn't really explain what it wants from you. The most frustrating part was the ID scan. The app wants you to scan things in a certain way, but it doesn't tell you how it wants it done. Big problem for me for employees who will more than likely get confused with it.

Very difficult to port to another device as the "Restore " QR code doesn't get scanned from the other device. QR often fails too, in the normal routine. A third rate app.
