It does not let you add transactions for self-award points. It has been like that for two months now; I tried to reach them through WhatsApp, and no agent ever contacted me despite initiating sessions for more than a dozen times over past two months. Not sure there is any other way to self-award. And I think after July 1st, you can't add the previous year's transactions. Which I think will be lost, considering their customer support and app issues. Worst Experience after update.

04 months before this app was working fine. But now there are no points coming for any remittance. All redeem points are stuck. They can't be used anywhere. App is showing an update for the last 04 months. All my points are useless, and no more new points are being added now Developers must update and fix the issues soon.

App got worst, wasn't using it for some time and now it doesn't work or iPhone, just open the app and it shows "something unexpected happened" and app shuts down. on other hand, in android, it opens but while trying to login, it again says "something unexpected happened" and never logs in. it is a good initiative but management is worst ever, looks like they don't want it to work so no one cares how many complaints you make.
