It does not let you add transactions for self-award points. It has been like that for two months now; I tried to reach them through WhatsApp, and no agent ever contacted me despite initiating sessions for more than a dozen times over past two months. Not sure there is any other way to self-award. And I think after July 1st, you can't add the previous year's transactions. Which I think will be lost, considering their customer support and app issues. Worst Experience after update.

Because of the last update, I'm unable to use this app when I'm trying to login it gives a message (Sorry you can't use this app. We've detected that your device has been jailbroken/rooted or altered in some other way. While i never change or rooted my device ever. I'm using the same device since the beginning. Kindly update your app and resolve this issue asap.

I just updated the app and see the error (sorry you can't use this app as we've detected that your device has been jailboken/rooted or altered in some other way) Really!!!! I think your developers are from primary school. Should be hair some professional.
