It does not let you add transactions for self-award points. It has been like that for two months now; I tried to reach them through WhatsApp, and no agent ever contacted me despite initiating sessions for more than a dozen times over past two months. Not sure there is any other way to self-award. And I think after July 1st, you can't add the previous year's transactions. Which I think will be lost, considering their customer support and app issues. Worst Experience after update.

I am very disappointed with my experience using the Sohni Dharti app. After creating my account, I was never sent an email or SMS for confirmation. Therefore, I was unable to log into my account or determine if it exists. I made an error when entering my unique ID and I called the helpline, but they informed me that you cannot make any changes to your account after creation. I also sent them an email over 10 days ago requesting assistance; however, I have yet to receive a response.

this app is useless and impossible to use it. I have been trying for more than year to login in my account but could not succeed. Whenever I input my login details, it shows the error. I have sent many emails to them but nothing happened. Also, I tried to call them but it is just waste of time and money. They will never resolve your problem.
