what's the point of this? I wouldn't call the current apps great but they are way ahead of this app, in terms of pricing, ui/ux and service.

fell apart at first ride. i check the cost of the ride turned out to be EGP 335, i charged my wallet with the amount, by the time i went back to schedule, which was 2 minutes later it came to 442, then the app crashed, It wouldn't let me add more money to the wallet, nor schedule the ride. i called customer service n sent to the chat service, it's been an hour now with no solution, zero help.

Doesn't allow to register using my mobile no, and on trying another suddenly gives error, plus the first no has never been used before, on trying to register it gives already registered, on trying forgot password gives not registered, so the same no is registered and not registeted ay the same time ! If the registration is not working then what would be the rest of the app look like :(
