About this app

OneSOS Ambulance is the driver and paramedic app of the OneSOS emergency network.

This app is for verified ambulance staff working with an ambulance agency registered on OneSOS. It is not for the general public — if you need an ambulance, use the OneSOS app.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Go on duty and receive emergency trips assigned to you automatically
• See patient location, condition notes and contact details before you arrive
• Navigate to the pickup point and on to the destination hospital
• Update trip status as you go: en route, arrived, patient picked up, at hospital
• Choose the destination hospital and notify it, so staff are ready for handover
• Register your ambulance agency and onboard your fleet

FOR AGENCIES
Ambulance operators can register their agency directly from the app. Once verified by a OneSOS administrator, you can add ambulances and drivers and start receiving emergency requests.

REQUIREMENTS
An account issued by a registered ambulance agency. Location permission is required while on duty so the control room, the caller and the receiving hospital can see your position and arrival time.
