About this app

OneSOS connects you to emergency help in one tap.

In a medical emergency, every second counts. OneSOS sends your live location to the nearest available ambulance, tells the receiving hospital you are on the way, and alerts the people you have chosen as emergency contacts — all from a single button.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Raise an emergency with one tap and share your exact location
• Track your ambulance on a live map with an estimated arrival time
• Choose the hospital you want to be taken to
• Store medical details — blood group, allergies, conditions — so responders arrive informed
• Add emergency contacts who are alerted automatically when you raise an SOS
• Book a non-emergency ambulance in advance for planned hospital visits
• Use the app in 11 Indian languages

HOW IT WORKS
1. Tap and hold SOS to confirm
2. The nearest available ambulance is dispatched to your location
3. Follow the ambulance on the map while the hospital prepares for your arrival

IMPORTANT
OneSOS coordinates ambulances and hospitals but is not a government emergency service. It does not replace 112 or 108. Response depends on ambulance and hospital availability, and on network coverage.

Ambulance transport and hospital treatment are provided by independent agencies and hospitals, who are responsible for the care they give.

Location is used to dispatch an ambulance to you and to show its live position. Health details you enter are shared with the responders and hospital handling your emergency. See our privacy policy at onesos.in/en/privacy.
