About this app

ONETECH VISITOR is an application designed to facilitate visitor management using digital tools that streamline access, improve communication with security personnel, and keep users informed through notifications and announcements. From a single platform, you can manage invitations, register events, and track access control activities.

ONETECH VISITOR has four main functions:

1. QR Invitations
This allows you to generate QR codes for guests. There are different types of QR codes depending on the access requirement:

Vehicle QR: valid for a single use on one day.
Pedestrian QR: valid for a single use on one day.

Lodging QR: valid for several days with multiple entries per day.

Event QR: valid multiple times on the same day.

The QR codes are validated by the system to indicate whether access is valid, helping to reduce wait times and expedite the entry process.

2. Errands or Instructions for Security
The application allows you to send errands or temporary instructions to security personnel. The user can select a service type, add a note, and define a start and end date. This feature is useful for reporting visits from suppliers, technical services, deliveries, or other situations where it is not possible to generate a QR code beforehand.

3. Notifications
The system generates different types of notifications that are also stored in a history within the application:

QR code registration notification, informing you when an authorized guest has entered.
Visitor notification without a QR code, informing you when a registered person enters or leaves a location.

Multiple notifications sent by the administration to communicate general announcements to all users of a community, development, or site.

4. News
The administration can publish announcements, notices, or general information for application users. All news is stored in the history for later reference.

As an additional feature, ONETECH VISITOR allows you to manage a list of frequent guests, making it easy to create new invitations without having to re-enter visitor data.
