When a visitor is at the main entrance door and calls my apartment via Valet, my cell phone doesn't ring to notify me that I have a visitor. Then I get a "missed call " notification. I have checked my cell phone settings and everything is turned on. I have no problems receiving other phone calls. I am not the only Tennent in this building that is having this problem. How can this be repaired?

Does not work as intended. People will ring for you downstairs and you will not get any notifications. I've just changed the settings to allow the calls to be forwarded to my phone instead. The app is only good for apartment management teams to send files and announcements. Otherwise for users its not useful. I've missed a few parcel shipments due to the app not notifying me of people calling.

Most residents use our app to send Guest access, find documents, FAQ, book amenities, etc. We hope you will find what you need in the future.

The app has been good so far. However, after the latest update in November, when people are buzzing, the app launches but there is no ringing. I rebooted my phone, I cleared the app data and cache, log out and login back, no luck. No ringing notifications, just silence. I had to forward to my number for now since I missed 2 deleveries over the past few days. Plesse fix asap. It's not my phone, it seems the last update has bugs. Thanks
