The useful feature of receiving text messages has got a ton of user interface issues. Doesn't activate and display content on the lock screen, or in the notification. Can't get rid of the notification. Plays the notification sound twice, when the text arrives and, uselessly and irritatingly, when it's viewed. And in the notification settings there are two types both named Messages. (I think the second one is marketing messages. I reported this one months ago and it's still in there.) I'm astounded that this otherwise technically competent company has released an app that apparently never went through a Beta test.

Sometimes it works. Horrible display and functionality. I only bear it because it is inexpensive and I don't text much. It seems pretty poor in comparison to other sms systems and I hope it improves. I use it on my PC and tablets. Glitchy. Delayed messages. Can't send vids or gifs. Often can't see pics or emojis sent to me.

This app would be great if true MMS and GIF's were supported as well as fixing the notifications. I get only a vibration when notifications come through. I recently got myself the Samsung Galaxy watch 4 and now I can hear the notifications come through on my watch. Other than that, I love the service. If these things can be fixed I would say the 1- VOIP service is worth every penny. The call quality is quite good. It is super close to the call quality of a cell call.
