About this app

"One Way Delivery Driver" is the One Way delivery driver app. It puts everything you need on the go right in front of you: new orders as soon as they arrive, the pickup point at the restaurant, the delivery point to the customer, and your financial account clearly displayed.

The app is for drivers registered with One Way; a driver account is created after registration with the driver team.

■ Orders delivered instantly
• A distinctive tone alert for each new order, with the option to choose the tone.

• Combined orders from multiple restaurants appear on a single card, with pickup points in order.

• All the details before accepting: pickup location, delivery location, approximate distance, and the total amount due.

■ Clear, step-by-step route
• Clear progress tracking for each restaurant in the combined order until you receive all the orders.

• Open the pickup or delivery location in the map app with a single tap.

• Call the restaurant or customer, or message them via WhatsApp, directly from within the order.

• Payment method and total amount shown to you at the door, along with customer feedback.

■ Shifts You Choose
• Book your shifts for the upcoming week during the booking period, and join the waiting list if the shift fills up.

• Share your shift with your colleagues or take a shift offered by someone else, with management approval.

• Receive new orders first during your shift, with a reminder before it starts.

■ Transparent Financial Account
• Delivery fees, wallet balance, and paid and unpaid statements all on one screen.

• Pay your dues and top up your wallet electronically through a secure payment page.

• Feedback helps you improve.

■ Convenient at All Times
• Light and dark modes for night shifts.

• Direct communication with management via WhatsApp from within the app.

Location: The app uses your location only while you are using it and when you are available to receive orders, so the customer can see their order's location during delivery.
