Not a reliable service! We had prebooked our cab and also paid the booking amount. But no cab showed up on the scheduled time. We tried contacting on the helpline, which was switched off. When we finally got connected the answer was Sorry we are overbooked. We had an urgent meeting to attend, but couldn't make it due to the delay. Can't trust this service is you are running on a schedule !

I always used One way cab and also recommended it to others but since my last 2 rides it has been a very bad experience.The costumer care person called me to confirm the booking , so I told then to instruct the driver that he brings a clean cab, but as earlier the cab was very Dirty, and was in a khatara condition, he didn't know the pickup location and drop location.Very bad experience.I will never use this app and also recommend others to not use ola cab. Very bad service.

Very unprofessional app. I booked my cab from Amritsar to Delhi with departure of 7 am at 6,090. I got the call from their call centre at 6:55 ( 5 mins prior to departure) that can will only be booked if I pay 800 extra as no driver is accepting the booking. So unprofessional. I highly not recomend this app. Instead you use other apps like MMT or Goibibo or any other apps. Atleast other apps have transperancy with customers which Oneway app doesn't have
