Ordered orthotic insoles from them. First the arrival date was July 13. Then they moved it to July 17. And now it's July 21. My feet hurt, I'm waiting for this important product, and I'm getting this... No apologies from them, no warnings beforehand, no little steps for retaining me as their client. You just open the app and learn that your product has not arrived and its arrival date has been postponed... twice for now...

While customer support has improved and the delivery service works well, the app can frustrate a lot. It doesn't load the notifications properly and often shows a completely empty menu that just was full of parcels. I need to restart the app multiple times to force it to show the deliveries. Often I get a notification and go to the app only to discover that the subject of the notification isn't being shown in the app.

Hi! I'm overall satisfied with your service but the app doesn't function well. Once I get a notification and try to open it, the app keeps refreshing and it doesn't show the update. I have to open the app some time later to see the notification and the changes. Please, fix this.
