Poor customer service. You cannot view chat history or resolve chats from the client side — support agents close them themselves after vague replies without providing an actual solution. My issue was that the phone number provided by Onex was rejected during registration because the website claimed the number already existed. Instead of resolving it, support simply told me to change the last digit randomly, and gave no guidance on what to do if that failed.

I don't usually give feedbacks on Play Market, but this is the only way of speaking up to Onex. They have increased the rate from 4K to 5K, removed the bonuses, increased times for packages. It's has been more than 3 months they have my parcell in their us office, and it hasn't been shipped yet! (I should have already received it!!!) - all the good things are gone now, I'm using Onex for more than 4 years now, and after all these I consider using another service.
