OningIQ Admin is the staff console for your school — the office, carried in a pocket.

Open it and the first screen is the day: what came in at the fee counter this morning, who is absent, how many enquiries arrived this week, how many classes are running right now. Numbers as they stand, not last night's export.

FEES AND COLLECTIONS
See collections, pending and overdue across every branch, broken down by payment mode and by how long the money has been outstanding. Collect at the counter, send a payment link, issue a receipt, approve or reject a concession. Fee defaulters are a list you can act on, not a number you have to go and find.

STUDENT INFORMATION
The full register with search by name or admission number, filtered by class, section or gender. Open a child and you get their attendance, marks, fee ledger, documents and remarks in one place — the answer to a parent's question before the call ends.

ADMISSIONS
Every enquiry from first contact to enrolled, with the funnel showing where they stopped. Follow-ups due today, applications waiting on a decision, pre-admission fees collected. Add a walk-in while the family is still at the desk.

STAFF AND HR
The staff directory with department and employment filters, leave requests waiting on you, daily staff attendance, and payroll. Raise a concern with HR privately from your own phone rather than a shared desktop.

CLASSROOM
Post photos from a school event straight from your camera roll into the album parents see — an album stays private until you have looked at what uploaded and pressed publish. Share a worksheet as a file, or a lesson video as a link, to one class or the whole school.

ATTENDANCE AND ACADEMICS
Daily attendance by class, student leave to review, timetable, exams and results, homework, certificates and ID cards.

REPORTS
157 reports across finance, students, staff, admissions and transport — read on screen as a chart or a table, and export when you need to send one on.

CAMPUS OPERATIONS
Gate passes, visitors on campus, live transport, library, health records, hostel rooms, canteen menu and the asset register. Record an expense while you are still holding the bill.

AT RISK
Students scoring against attendance, marks and fees, each with the reasons behind the score, so a head of year knows which conversation to have this week. It points at a conversation worth having — it is not a judgement about a child.

Rupee formatting and Indian numbering throughout, academic-year scoping, concessions rather than discounts, receipts with sequential numbering and day-close, GST on expenses, and multi-branch support.

OningIQ Admin is for staff at schools using OningIQ. Your school administrator issues your login. Parents should download the OningIQ app instead.
