Ratings and reviews

As long as you log in often enough to keep the app open, it works great. Easy to figure out and nice and clear information. As I sometimes don't log in for months, it will lock me out and I will have to call in and have my online access unlocked but the young lady on the phone is very pleasant to work with and quickly solves the issue and even offered to stay on the line until I had logged in to make sure it worked! Great customer service 👏

This Bank has genuinely gone to the stars and beyond either on the app or in person, every time I stop in I have a pleasant experience. banking on the app is even better I travel full time and I can transfer money to my accounts or savings /Market on the fly and instantly. Perfect local bank and always a treat.

I've had the app for over a month. It freezes and at times doesn't load at all. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled, doesn't help at all. I'm thinking of closing the account since I can't monitor my account online.
