About this app
The Inventory app allows Archibus users to use RFID scanners to complete Archibus Asset and Equipment Surveys without having to locate and scan barcodes. This makes surveying locations with many assets much quicker and more accurate than hunting down and scanning barcodes. This app works with 2024.04 of ARCHIBUS Web Central. 2D scanning is also supported in this app.
This app follows the standard Archibus Asset and Equipment Survey process. When a user logs in, they are presented with surveys assigned to them. They then drill down to the location in which they are scanning and all RFID tags within the range of the scanner are read and tagged to the room from which they scanned. Survey results are updated in Archibus for the completion of the Survey project.
