Super annoying. They did an update the first day back after Christmas break during pick up. The app has not work correctly since. They added more clicks and location. I guess the software developer doesn't realize this is for car line when one is driving and extra clicks add more risks as none of us should be using it while driving esp in school zones.

App could use multiple profiles or the ability to select which kids you want to pick up. I sometimes have to pick up my neighbors kids along with mine and there is no easy way to manage that. I have to add them each time and then delete them afterwards. That is not a good app experience. Using multiple profiles or ability to check/uncheck which kids to pick up would resolve this.

In the begining we were having technical issues due to we never got a registration link to make things smooth but then I contacted the tech department guy and he was able to resolved the problem. Used App the next day and worked beautifully. Thank you again.
