I went to order food for delivery through this app as I just had surgery and a friend wanted me to eat a few meals on her without having to worry about anything...but It ended up just going on my credit card through Uber eats which is frustrating and I don't even know if it was Uber or on me interface problem. while I can cover it, it turned a beautiful gesture into one extra thing to figure out while I'm in pain and medicated and unable to drive to just go get food.

This company sucks, it doesnt work for online orders. Didn't work at multiple Starbucks, then it's impossible to use up the full balance on the card because if it is anything over the balance, it just declines the payment. Don't get people this as a gift, get a regular gift card that isn't a pain to use.

Terrible user experience. No customer support, a BOT only answers and will only repeat that the order is on its way, order never came.
