Ratings and reviews

No new songs are available for setting as callertune🥺 When I select songs as my hellotune this message is shown ,Whichever I select "Sorry! The tune you are looking for is no longer available. Don't worry, you can set one from the 1000s of other tunes available! We regret the inconvenience" Now I can't even activate a hellotune. App is making fun of my patience.😖

I couldn't set any song to my caller tune. Everytime it shows, "sorry we lost connections to the server. Please try again later." And sadly I am trying to set the caller tune for 3 days. Same error keep coming. I even updated the app in playstore. Unfortunately I couldn't raise or report this issue inside app. Cause it shows same, "sorry we lost connection to the server error." 🤷

Worst app ever. Can't set songs we want. Removed English language completely. When trying to set a new song, it shows "We're facing temporary glitch please try again later" but no matter how much you try they're still facing the glitch. It's just rubbish. Only regional language songs are available. Re: I've alright tried the 'Help and feedback' section, nobody responded. And even if they send me an email the song wouldn't get applied.
