The app sucks. Service is always outstanding. Guess that's the price we pay for good food and on top of it they're always busy to answer the phone which is reasonable since it's the only pizza similar to Italian. That's when the app should come in handy but it doesn't. Too many bugs, can't view the entire menu unless I use the website, and when you continue forward with repeating the order the screen goes null

my experience was not good at all. I went through the ordeal of placing an order and praying just to find out that even though the app said the order was complete they claim no. so what was the point. I should have just called in. it's faster and easier. Now I have to watch my credit card to see if I get charged twice and they said bring the bill in and show them, then they'll refund my money. I won't be using the app anymore. I use resteraunt apps all the time with little to no issues.

For me, this app is one of the worst apps I've owned. We like to substitute two items from Dion's Special with two other items. That is impossible to do with this app. It's either apply the topping all over, or on one side or the other, or double the topping. You want to remove it entirely? FORGET IT!!!!!!! And as far as adding a new topping, it's either all over or nothing. Then I wanted to change the Dion's I wanted to go to because the one the app came up with was wrong. The moment I tapped to change it, it sent me to Google Maps to create an account, start over, etc. HUH??????? What in heck is that about??? Why not actually let me SELECT a different Dion's outlet??? Why am I sent to create an account on Google Maps??? I already HAVE AN ACCOUNT ON GOOGLE MAPS!!!! This app, in my opinion, isn't worth the disk space it occupies on my phone. After I finish this review, I'm uninstalling it.
