About this app

ONR let's you stay on top of your property's important matters from anywhere at anytime, giving you access to all of your association's documents (ie yearly budgets, condo docs, rules and regulations, contracts & addendums), the ability to vote on important matters from anywhere (ie board elections, special assessments, waiving of reserves, changes to condo docs, etc.) and a simple and secure way to communicate with management

The app usually works, but often it won't for no good reason. I've had to clear the cache, restart my phone, and sometimes just wait a few days. Currently the app tells me I MUST upgrade to use it, but the link brings me to the Google Play Store, where I can uninstall or open. Open brings me back to the link to update, etc. So for now the app is "down".

I was able to get on it in the beginning of the community.Starting with this and i've had nothing but problems.After the first time getting on it, it keeps telling me to do an update, and it keeps going back to this page.To rate the app my name is Nancy and I need somebody from Owen hour to help me. The property manager keeps getting ahold of the gentleman. That's taking care of our community with this ONR and I don't know what to do next.

says there's an update required but no way to get it... tried uninstall then reinstall - no luck
