ONR let's you stay on top of your property's important matters from anywhere at anytime, giving you access to all of your association's documents (ie yearly budgets, condo docs, rules and regulations, contracts & addendums), the ability to vote on important matters from anywhere (ie board elections, special assessments, waiving of reserves, changes to condo docs, etc.) and a simple and secure way to communicate with management

link doesn't work. couldn't log in. Phone number on the bottom of ONR link is wrong phone number. Had to call management company to reset password. Seem very disorganized. Once in, it was fairly easy to vote, but getting there is a nightmare and will discourage many people to vote.

Terrible!!! I installed this app on two phones and it doesn't work. The app continues to shutdown/ close out on the middle of using it. Since I can't use it and need to in order to access my gate, I can't get people into my neighborhood to do things like clean our pool. I am not happy about this at all.

Has alot of potential, but needs much tweeking to the system. Not easy for Admins and has alot of little bugs on the user interface.

Filter Notifications
A new category has been added to filter notifications. Users can now filter by the new option "New High Priority Shift Log Entry," which displays a list of all records matching this category. Additionally, users will receive a push notification whenever a new shift log entry is created in Power Admin with the "High Priority" option enabled, based on a previous setup.
