About this app

ONR let's you stay on top of your property's important matters from anywhere at anytime, giving you access to all of your association's documents (ie yearly budgets, condo docs, rules and regulations, contracts & addendums), the ability to vote on important matters from anywhere (ie board elections, special assessments, waiving of reserves, changes to condo docs, etc.) and a simple and secure way to communicate with management

link doesn't work. couldn't log in. Phone number on the bottom of ONR link is wrong phone number. Had to call management company to reset password. Seem very disorganized. Once in, it was fairly easy to vote, but getting there is a nightmare and will discourage many people to vote.

Needs lots of work. My HOA got it for electronic voting and this gives problems from signing up to every other action you have to take, it was impossible for me to submit my vote using the app.

Has alot of potential, but needs much tweeking to the system. Not easy for Admins and has alot of little bugs on the user interface.

What's new

Login
The “Remember Login” option is introduced, allowing direct access in future sessions via fingerprint for Android.

Animals
In the notifications module, the option to identify whether an animal registration has been approved or rejected has been added.

Service Request
A new field with character limit has been added to the service request.

Chat
Display of the first letter of the user name in uppercase in the chat has been included.
