Endless setup problems spanning days. Tech support barely speaks English. Update (9/9/25): They told me on 9/4/24 they would send a new unit expedited (tech support verified first one is faulty). I received a UPS tracking number the day after, but as of today that tracking number STILL SHOWS UPS HASN'T RECEIVED PACKAGE FROM SHIPPER. I received a call from switchboard yesterday asking how I liked the product and if there were any issues. They don't even communicate amongst themselves!

sucks, CANT LOG IN WITH THERE CREDI TIALS GIVEN BY THEM. I HAVE TO BE JP AND RUNNING BY MONDAY. THIS IS FRIDAY AFTER CANADA TIME. NO O E ANSWERING TO HELP LOGIN WITH EMAIL AND PHONE TO EVEN GET STARTED. TRIED DROID AND TABLET AND CANT GET LOGGED IN AT ALL. DAM JOKE ALL PEOPLE WANT ANYMORE IS DAM CREDIT CARD. PAID FOR OVER NIGHT SHIPPING TO SIT ALL DAM WEEKEND APPEARANTLY. MAYBE SOMEONE ALL ME ON MONDAY (NOT) RECCOMEND DONT BUY.

App works Great for me , been using it for a year now , company does a good job evolving and staying on top of mandated changes with udates ,basic Services free with Hardware purchase but looking at their subscription Services they run deep, minor glitches here and there but that's to be expected, I've used three different eld's they all have user issues I've had to work around, good edit function proper and flexible, I use the free variation and it certainly adequate for me.
