OntaCleaner is the work app for approved OntaClean cleaning professionals.

Use OntaCleaner to:
• Complete onboarding and monitor your approval status
• Review available opportunities, service scope, location, schedule, and estimated payout before accepting
• Manage assigned jobs and follow each service step
• Share your route with the client during eligible assigned jobs
• Receive job, document, earnings, and support notifications
• Track pending earnings, paid payouts, fees, tips, and history
• Complete OntaSchool training modules
• View client ratings and performance feedback
• Chat with OntaClean support and manage approved assistants

Availability of jobs, service regions, and approval is not guaranteed. Cleaner accounts must meet OntaClean onboarding, verification, and eligibility requirements. Location sharing is used only for eligible assigned jobs when the cleaner chooses to share the route and grants the required permission.
