The MasterCheck forklift inspection app is designed to automate the process of the required forklift circle checks every shift. Operators can now complete the forklift safety inspection checks quickly and virtually on a mobile device or tablet and simply click “save” to have the record of that forklift inspection saved for their records. Quick, simple and efficient!

In addition, operators can fill out and save Repair Reports, Accident Reports and Near Miss reports. Once filled out, the operator can even take a photo, and have it included in the forklift log. No more looking for lost paper forklift reports – everything is automated.

Ratings and reviews

Out of the gate the app doesn't work. The splash screen comes up and shows the spinning icon that makes you think it is working, but it never does anything else. We just started using this device and would really like it to work. Phone: Google Pixel 4a

Didn't have a problem until the most recent update. The bottom half of the save button is covered by the system buttons. Have to carefully push the button just right otherwise the app minimizes. Quite annoying

Does the trick exactly as we were hoping. Our company is now paperless and we can view important forklift operation data. Would definitely recommend!
