About this app

ONTIV Timetracker is the time tracking solution for businesses: Employees clock in and out with a tap, request vacation time directly in the app, and view their flexitime balance at any time. Team leaders can approve requests on the go and see in real time who is currently present.

The app connects to your company's ONTIV Timetracker. You will need access to log in, which your employer will set up for you.

CLOCKING HOUR
• Clock in, break, clock out – with a tap

• Current working hours are tracked in real time, including target and actual hours for the day

• Add forgotten hours retrospectively; Corrections are sent to the team leader for approval.

• Automatic breaks according to your company's break policy

MY TIME
• Journal with all entries per day: Arrival, Departure, Break, Actual, Target, and Balance

• Monthly statement as PDF, export as CSV

• Flextime balance, target/actual for the month, and sick days at a glance

• Vacation account with entitlement, taken, planned, and remaining days

ABOUTS

• Request vacation, flextime, training, business trips, or sick leave – including half days

• The request goes directly to the team leader for approval

• Status always visible: open, approved, or rejected

• Public holidays are automatically taken into account according to federal state

• Live attendance: Who is present, who is on break, who is absent

TERMINAL MODE

• A tablet at the entrance serves as a shared Time and Attendance Terminal

• Employees type their name and log in with their PIN

• Settings are protected with device login

• In case of a connection interruption, the terminal reconnects automatically
