really bad experience, does not work generally with any provider the most common example is amazon, went to a trip on japan and didnt work in any place, couldnt use my money on my vacations.. also now they announce that physical card will shutdown mandatory and send us new cards, i will be on a tripo for work been unable to use my money once again; and you dont have alternative because virtual card for apple or googlepay is not compatible. Really disappointed

This app is worst of the worst it is very frequent that I tried to log into the app I put my email password and press the login button and it doesn't work. they made several updates but the issue persists and u cannot withdraw money without the app!

Even tho the wallet is helpful and thankfully, I have the physical card. The app fails A LOT! You're trying to send money to your card to pay something, it starts faillling and failling. Constantly "upgrading" the terms of service, very hard to keep up with what's current and what's no longer valid. Customer service is only available during certain hours, definitely not during the weekends; they only know how to say sorry, changing agents all the time for one issue who can't follow up properly
