App and interface seem smooth, however the #1 issue is I can't use ANY of my cards on here. They only support the use of THEIR card that you would have to load money on to use. So in essence you can't "use any of your cards to pay at over 95% of terminals" because you can't actually use your cards! Don't know if this is only temporary due to the newness of the device and app or what but I won't be using this until I can use all functionality as advertised. Support Visa, MC, and Discover ASAP!!!

Started out ok. It was sold as a use any card, instead you can only upload money to the valet, have not used the chat. Had no problems with app until 2 weeks ago, it won't load. Customer service has not got back to me.. " will send it to tech support" can't use app, can't add money, can't delete account for security... careful.

Nothing works. Over a year. Still cannot use your own cards on the Valet. Even OV Cash Debit you cannot use. Both Google Pay and Samsung Pay both work fine. This OV Wallet wants to be the Default Mobile Pay app. OV needs to fix this app to be used without being set as Default Mobile Pay app. Just have it open like the other Mobile Pay apps. Very disappointing experience. I had LoopPay, that was a wonderful experience. This second time around a dud.
