They always keep customers updated on outages. I had a leak in one toilet I was unaware of and ONWASA sent me text that my water usage was over my normal amount. They saved me an even larger bill. Been a customer for over 24 years and always have received wonderful customer service the few times I've called with issue.

This app has made my life so much easier. I log on, pull up my account, hit the pay button, then log out. It's all there though. You can do everything right from the app.
