OnySoft HR is a cloud-based Human Resources application developed specifically for the Turkish market. You can manage all your HR processes, from employee information and payroll to time tracking and leave management, through a single application.

Who uses it?
The application covers two different user types. Employees view their payrolls, create leave requests, and manage their working hours. HR managers track all employees in their team, approve incoming requests, and easily manage internal processes.

What can you do?
Work Attendance Tracking
Your presence at work is automatically verified using the device's location information. Entry is only possible within a specific area thanks to radius-based control. It also works with QR code or manual confirmation if desired.
Payroll
You can view your monthly payslip from the application and download it as a PDF. Calculations are made according to the 2026 SGK (Social Security Institution) regulations. Gross, net, and deductions are listed in detail each month.
Leave Management
You can create a request for annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, marriage leave, etc., in seconds. You will receive a notification when the HR team approves it. Your remaining leave balance is always visible.
Personnel Information
You can update your personal information and view everything from your start date to your company information in one place.
HR Panel
Offers a special view for managers. You can instantly track employees who are present, absent, and on leave. Leave requests awaiting approval are processed with a single touch. You can see the last location of the employee on the map.

Security and Privacy
The application was developed in full compliance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Your data is stored in Türkiye and is not transferred abroad. TLS encryption is used during transfer, and AES-256 encryption is used on the server. You can further secure your account with two-step verification.
