Beware. My account was suspended for no reason. Maybe guilty of being inactive due to just depositing and just letting it sit. No help after several attempts to resolve the issue. It's not like I have tons invested, but I'd be curious how many people that have around $300 that has been swiped out from under then with fake suspensions. The transfer of oobit to different countries may have something to do with it? I hope they don't steal my wallet, but so far it looks that way. $300 is $300.

I am still testing this card. 1) Withdrawing is VERY expensive! This is not a good way to keep the customer to stay. There are many crypto cards now and the competition is hard 2) Only mobile app. update: 3) The exchange rate is terrible — it feels like robbery. So I changed to 1 star. PLEASE avoid this card if you don't want to be cheated.

Why do you force people to complete KYC with passports ? The app makes you to choose Government issued ID, but on the next step you're forced to upload passport. For people who don't posses it this app is just a time waster. If you claim to be worldwide available, stop forcing passports down people's throats. Accept what user selected at first, be it an ID, or Driver's license.
