OOftay is where your on-call rota lives — for the whole team, on the phone in your pocket.
Built for departments that run duty rosters: hospitals, practices, labs, and any team where somebody has to be reachable at three in the morning.
WHO IS ON CALL, RIGHT NOW
Open the app and see who is on duty today, with their number one tap away. No group chat archaeology, no out-of-date PDF on a noticeboard. Your own upcoming duties are there too — tonight, this week, the next three months.
GIVE YOUR AVAILABILITY
When a new period opens, say which days work for you and which do not. Your group's rules are applied as you go: minimum availability, unavailability limits, rest days, and the days you have already committed to. You can see where you stand before you submit, not after.
SWAP A DUTY
Ask a colleague to take a shift, or take one of theirs. Requests, answers and outcomes all live in one place, so you know where a swap stands without chasing anyone.
YOUR ROTA IN YOUR OWN CALENDAR
Add your duties to the calendar app you already use, and they keep themselves up to date. You can also send one person — a partner at home, say — a link of their own, so they can see when you are working without seeing anything else. Each link is separate and you can withdraw any of them at any time.
EVENTS
Register for your team's events, sign in with a QR code when you arrive, and collect your attendance certificate afterwards. Accredited events keep their paperwork in order without anyone chasing a signature.
POLLS
Find a date everybody can make, or ask the room a question during a talk. Create a poll, invite the people who matter, and watch the answers arrive.
SIGN IN WITH A PASSKEY
Use your fingerprint or face instead of a password. Passkeys are handled by Android and your password manager, so OOftay never sees anything biometric. Your password keeps working if you would rather use it.
WORKS IN YOUR LANGUAGE
English, French, Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, Greek and Arabic.
BUILT FOR SHIFT WORK
OOftay is not a generic calendar with a rota bolted on. It understands duty windows that cross midnight, supervision, roles, contribution periods, first-come-first-serve dates and the difference between "I would prefer not to" and "I cannot". That is the whole point of it.
OOftay is used by teams in Belgium and beyond. An account is created by your group — ask your administrator if you do not have one yet.
On-call rotas, availability and events — for the people who work the shifts.
