The application has drawbacks, such as rotating the wheel of fortune that always stops at 50 points intentionally, and also the payment process is very slow after confirming the payment post refuel in the application, unlike during previous updates. I have updated it with the newer release, I have filled in using the application for 5 Rials, and it shows 0 points, this happens frequently for no reason with some new updates. I hope this to be fixed ASAP.

App buffers alot after 10:30pm. Happened multiple times. Also if by chance it resumes, it buffers longer during payment confirmation screen. Please fix this issue.

Now aside from the purpose of this app which is great for both sides. I will comment on app design itself. Interface very clean, clear, simple and informative. Nice colorful pages. Great response time. no stupid unknown error messages so far. The achivements and rewards ideas as if its a game. As IT worker I give my full reapect for designers and programmers of this app. Wish all goverment apps are as good. (by the way some of them are as good).
