About this app

OONE HR App V2 is the employee self-service app for organizations running OONE HRMS. Check in at work, file requests, read your payslips, and act on your team's approvals—from your phone or your tablet, in English or Khmer.

An employer account is required. If your company does not use OONE HRMS yet, please speak to your HR team before signing in.

ATTENDANCE
• Scan your workplace QR terminal to check in and out
• Your location is checked at the moment you scan, to confirm you are on-site.
• Review your attendance calendar and open any day for the detail
• Track scheduled, worked and overtime hours in your worksheet

REQUESTS
• File leave, overtime, mission and absence exception requests
• Request a salary certificate
• Delegate your approvals to a colleague while you are away
• Attach supporting files, give a reason, and follow each request to its conclusion
• Full request history, broken down month by month

APPROVALS
• A single inbox for everything waiting on you
• Approve or reject with a comment for the requester
• See the complete approval trail on any request

PAY AND DOCUMENTS
• Payslips, with earnings and deductions broken out
• An estimate of this month's pay as it builds through the month
• Company documents, certificates, and your own records archive

YOUR WORK
• Tasks assigned to you, with status, subtasks and history
• Personal notes and repeating reminders
• Team calendar, meetings and public holidays

STAYING IN TOUCH
• Direct and group messages, with photos and file sharing
• Company news and announcements
• Choose how you are notified: push, email or Telegram

YOUR PROFILE
• Your staff record, position, department and organisation details
• A digital staff card carrying a scannable QR badge for reception and security desks

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
• Sign in with your company account
• Lock the app with a PIN, fingerprint or Face ID
• Choose exactly which areas require unlocking—pay, requests, documents, your staff card
• Pay figures stay masked on screen until you unlock them, so nothing sensitive is exposed at a glance

BUILT FOR PHONES AND TABLETS
Designed for both. On a tablet the app uses the extra room rather than stretching a phone layout: navigation moves to a side rail, reading columns widen, and grids reflow to more columns.

IN YOUR LANGUAGE
Complete English and Khmer throughout, including Khmer dates, numbers, and typography.

MAKE IT YOURS
Reorder or hide the sections on your home screen, choose a color theme and background, and switch service menus between grid and list.

PERMISSIONS WE ASK FOR
• Camera — to scan workplace attendance QR codes and to take a profile photo
• Location — to confirm that an attendance check-in happens at your workplace
• Biometrics—to unlock the app when you turn on App lock

OONE HR App V2 is intended for employees of organizations that subscribe to OONE HRMS. Features available to you depend on what your employer has enabled.
