Great service, but the app is slow and buggy with poor UX. At times it randomly won't let you lock/unlock because it thinks you are too far away. I have to carry a second phone just to get around this issue. The app is very slow and unresponsive when trying to lock or unlock. You shouldn't have to scroll through all the parking locations just to unlock your bike. There should be a big red unlock button in the middle of the screen. Again, great service but please fix the app.

when I click on "open the door" after reaching the location, even standing rt next to it, it says need to be under 500 ft ... had to wait for 10 mins in the windy cold weather. Same story everyday. hope they fix it soon.

The app crashes when trying to start the verification process . Please fix. ( updated, problem resolved)
