Missing leads because the app takes forever to load. I have tried everything. It used to be pretty efficient last year. I heve uninstalled and reinstalled several times, refreshed, cleaned cache, force stopped and tried everything. It doesn't matter which wifi you are using or mobile data. You can look right into your phone and try to claim the lead as it comes and you will loose it. If you loose too many leads or expire, they will not sending you good leads as often. This is getting ridiculous

Update will not download. Says Open. Also, it is almost impossible to "win" a notification. Even if I click on the app in less than a second they are gone. Any way you can slow it down a touch? Maybe run the notifications out on a 1 second delay from agent to agent so we all get a chance? You could mix up the order of the agent pool notifications each time to spread the leads out more equitably. Thanks.

Has not been pushing leads, then all of a sudden 8 came in at once, get to app and nothing, can't get to them. I went to expired leads, and there was 6 missed opportunities because I never got the notification. Update: received email stating issue was fixed, and instructions on how to proceed. Followed instructions, problem still persists.
