Very frustrated with this app. Lead Alet Configurations won't work. I need a different sound for the Lead Alerts. I've gone into Settings, then set Notifications page to "Manage Notification categories for each app". Then I found the OpCity app on Apps page and found the three notification configuration settings, Primary Voice Channel, Lead Alert, and General Alert. I set Lead Alert to the specific sound that I want but it still plays the generic sound for Messages. Please Help!

Here we go again. They updated the app AND now IT DOESNT WORK! I can't log in. I changed the password and nothing! It doesn't recognize me. When system updates, they don't give any heads up and should be rebooted to function correctly. But now the biggest issue is leads are few and far between. They started selling zip codes again and give those agents the better leads. Very disappointed.

Missing leads because the app takes forever to load. I have tried everything. It used to be pretty efficient last year. I heve uninstalled and reinstalled several times, refreshed, cleaned cache, force stopped and tried everything. It doesn't matter which wifi you are using or mobile data. You can look right into your phone and try to claim the lead as it comes and you will loose it. If you loose too many leads or expire, they will not sending you good leads as often. This is getting ridiculous
