So far, this is terrible. I lost $100 worth of points for nothing. I had to go to the store to even get an email address I could message with a complaint. I'm willing to change my review once they get back to me, but since there was no option on the app to just pay with cash at the store (you HAVE to use google pay or an online payment method of some kind) and my google pay had an old (now-defunct) card on it, it took my points but didn't give me my order. I'm very upset.

I liked the reward system on the old app. The new app does not appear to have rewards. Had a birthday reward for last week on the old app, installed the new app which does not show it and the old app no longer let you order. New app uses cashback but it seems like you need to buy a lot of bowls to get a 'free' one. Uninstalled both and willI probably just go to one of the other restaurants in the same plaza.
