AURALYVO — HI-RES USB AUDIO PLAYER FOR ANDROID

Auralyvo is a Hi-Res music player for Android designed especially for users who rely on external USB DACs and want greater control over their audio path.

At its core is a custom USB audio controller, developed to manage communication, format negotiation, audio transport and playback continuity with compatible USB DACs. Auralyvo supports Hi-Res PCM, DoP and Native DSD over USB when supported by the connected DAC.

HI-RES ENGINE & USB DIRECT

The USB controller works together with Auralyvo’s own Hi-Res playback engine. The system identifies the track format and selects an appropriate playback path according to the signal and output device being used.

USB Direct is designed to maintain a stable connection with the DAC and reduce unnecessary device reinitialization during operations such as seeking, pause, resume and track changes on compatible routes.

Auralyvo can also use the device’s internal audio output. Available capabilities depend on Android, firmware and the audio interfaces exposed by each manufacturer.

PCM & DSD

Auralyvo includes specialized paths for Hi-Res PCM, DoP and Native DSD over USB, as well as DSD-to-PCM conversion when required by the selected output.

For very high-rate DSD sources, Auralyvo can use conversion up to PCM32/352.8 kHz when supported by the format, device and active playback path.

FORMATS & MUSIC LIBRARY

Play FLAC, WAV, AIFF/AIF, MP3, AAC/M4A, WavPack, APE, DSF, DFF, E-AC-3/JOC, detected MQA sources and CUE files.

CUE files can be integrated as individual virtual tracks while preserving metadata, artwork and playback position.

Organize your music by songs, albums, artists, folders, favorites and playlists. Includes search, sorting, shuffle, repeat, embedded artwork and local folder artwork.

FIDELITY, EQ & REPLAYGAIN

Fidelity Mode is designed to reduce unnecessary processing by using unity gain, disabled EQ and neutral ReplayGain when a more direct playback path is preferred.

Auralyvo also includes a parametric equalizer and ReplayGain for users who want additional playback control.

AURALYVO SPATIAL STEREO

Spatial 1 and Spatial 2 provide spatial processing profiles designed to expand the perceived stereo soundstage on compatible playback paths.

MULTICHANNEL AUDIO

Auralyvo can play E-AC-3/JOC files through a dedicated decoding and processing path, with controlled stereo downmixing of center, surround and LFE channels.

MQA

When MQA information is detected in a compatible source, Auralyvo can display it as part of the technical playback information. This does not imply third-party certification.

SIGNAL MONITOR & AUDIO PATH

View Peak, RMS, headroom, balance, Crest Factor, format, resolution, sample rate and active playback-path information.

Auralyvo’s visual audio chain can also show file, decoder, preamp, EQ, Fidelity, Spatial, active route and output-device information.

PLAYBACK CONTINUITY & BACKGROUND AUDIO

Auralyvo preserves queue and playback position between sessions and includes seeking, pause, resume, automatic track advance, track-to-track continuity and background playback with Android media controls.

PRIVACY & LOCAL CONTROL

Auralyvo works with music stored on your device and locations authorized through Android.
