Python IDE for Android, in Jupyter notebook-style · 70+ packages built in, offline: NumPy, pandas, Polars, DuckDB, SciPy, scikit-learn, LightGBM, statsmodels, SymPy, matplotlib, plotly · Learn, code and do data science · No pip, no setup, no account
Run code cell by cell, charts right below · Open & save .ipynb (Jupyter, VS Code) · Read your CSV & Excel files · PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis · FastAPI web servers · Phone sensors & flashlight from Python
Optional AI coding assistant, bring your own API key: writes code and, with your OK, runs it and fixes its own errors
CODE CELLS & KERNEL
• Real IPython kernel: Tab completion, ? help, %magics
• Run cell · Run All · Run Above · Run Below · Interrupt · Restart
• Live output: print and tqdm progress bars stream as they run
• input() and getpass() prompt you right inside the cell
• Import .py modules that sit next to your notebook
CHARTS & RICH OUTPUT
• matplotlib, seaborn, plotly, ECharts
• Markdown cells with LaTeX math, Mermaid diagrams, Graphviz DOT, chemical structures (SMILES)
• pandas DataFrames as clean tables
• Tap any chart: fullscreen, pinch-zoom
FILES & NOTEBOOKS
• Standard .ipynb both ways: start on your phone, finish on desktop
• Grant the notebook's folder once, then pd.read_csv("data.csv") and pd.read_excel just work
• Files your code writes are synced back to that folder
DATABASES & WEB SERVERS
• psycopg, asyncpg, SQLAlchemy, PyMySQL, redis, pymongo, beanie
• Vector stores: qdrant-client, pymilvus, elasticsearch
• FastAPI servers via anpyer.fastapi: run in the background, reachable from other devices on your Wi-Fi
PHONE HARDWARE FROM PYTHON (anpyer.device)
• Flashlight · vibration & Morse · accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer
• Light, pressure, proximity sensors · battery · network · clipboard · text-to-speech
• Interrupt a cell and everything is released automatically
AI ASSISTANT (OPTIONAL)
• Lives inside your notebook, not a side chat: reads your cells and outputs
• Writes, edits and inserts cells; every edit shows a confirmation card and is one Undo step
• Runs cells and debugs from the traceback, only when you switch that on
• "Plot it": compute in one cell, get an interactive chart, diagram or formula in the next
• Send photos, screenshots or a chart from cell output
• Hide cells from the AI or lock them against edits
• Needs an API key from an OpenAI-compatible provider (DeepSeek, OpenRouter and others), billed by that provider, not by us. A pay-as-you-go API key, not a ChatGPT or Claude subscription. Budget models work well.

PRIVACY
No account · No tracking · No ads · No in-app purchases. We run no server and collect nothing; notebooks, files and API key stay on your device. Nothing leaves your phone unless your own code connects somewhere or you configure an AI provider. AnPyer never downloads executable code: everything you run is bundled with the app or written by you.
THE HONEST PART
• Notebook-style: you write and run code in cells. Not a .py file editor, not a terminal.
• Packages are fixed per release, no pip install. Check the list first: if what you need isn't there, don't pay yet; stay tuned for the next update.
• matplotlib renders static images (interactive charts come from plotly and ECharts).
• Web servers run while the app is open with the screen on; no background keep-alive yet.
• The AI cannot touch files outside the notebook folder and cannot stop a running cell.
• Requires a 64-bit ARM device (arm64-v8a), which covers most phones and tablets from recent years.
