Full storage access - Uploading PDF files is fundamental to the My Portal app; My Portal is an insurance management app that allows our insurance customers to login and manage their insurance policies through the app. Upon purchasing an insurance policy all customers must submit documentation through our validation centre in order to validate their policy, for example, a PDF copy of their Proof of No Claims Bonus. Without the ability to upload PDF documentation the app will effectively serve no purpose as customers won't be able to validate their policies and their policies will be cancelled.

The app is impossible to use, constant "try again" error despite deleting and reinstalling the app several times. There is no option to use a web browser to access insurance details (that I can find at least), just links pointing you in the direction of the myportal app download in the play store.

This app is useless for me as it doesn't recognise my email address as valid. You need to change the app to allow for the + symbol in email addresses. This is a valid character in email addresses. The application still doesn't work despite the promised update that never happened.

I have been trying to update my policy to include a new van, at their request after uploading all of the new van info i was asked to call Vanline before the changes could be added. I have called them over 60 times since 1pm 1 Sept 2023 without success. They have a completely useless Callback system which i chose several times but nobody has ever called back. Consequently I am unable to use my new van until the changes to the policy can be validated. Very poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!!
