Hi, I'm a premium user and the app is OK but have some recommendations to make it better: 1. Add grid view for better preview specially for images. 2. Add preview for RAW images. 3. Add export to Instagram feed and story. 4. The download and upload speed rate can be more faster. I will continue using the app, It's OK because have good sync options but will be great with some improvments.

If I could give a big fat ZERO stars I would. I've been using this company for many years. It wasn't the best but for the price it was a good deal. Recently and after an upgrade my small JPEG and DOC files are failing to upload. I contacted support and I have never in my LIFE experienced such poor customer service. It's like talking to five year olds! For the past 4 days I've been exchanging emails with them in which they just keep asking the same question!!! They have NO clue why the files are not uploading. They are rude, unfriendly and very unpleasant to deal with. Don't waste your time with this company. If you have lots of files, it will take MONTHS to upload everything and then when you face a technical difficulty, there is no support what so ever. I will be switching to Dropbox now. Just a couple $$ more and no headaches!!!!
