CrewApp is the staff companion for Openevent — the all-in-one event management platform. Designed for door staff, bar teams, and event managers who need fast, reliable tools on the ground.

POS — Point of Sale
Accept card payments instantly with Tap to Pay, or record cash and external terminal charges. Customisable product grids, tipping support, and real-time transaction history with full refund capability.

Check-In
Scan ticket QR codes at the entrance with real-time validation. The scanner blocks cancelled and refunded tickets automatically, shows attendee details, and tracks check-in progress live.

Door Sales
Sell tickets on-site with multiple ticket categories and instant payment processing. Quantity controls, custom amounts, and inline transaction history.

Inclusions
Redeem drink vouchers, food vouchers, coat check, and other inclusions directly at scan. Multi-quantity support lets staff redeem multiple vouchers in one session without re-scanning.

Stats Dashboard
Live event metrics including check-in progress, door sales count, guest list status, table reservations, and inclusion tracking — all updating in real time.
