App is terrible, its constantly loading, throwing errors, at night I cannot use it at all, because it doesn't let me log in. Sometimes I have to restart it a couple of times, so that I can finish my doings with it. The history of incomes and expenses is also often mixed up and you often cannot figure out where a given amount of your money went. Overall I cannot say I'm unhappy with the bank, but the mobile app is awful.

The "quick access" doesn't work, regardless of how many updates have been done to my account. It is impossible to make a bank transfer through the app. The Token is impossible to get. Every two days there's a new error message that prevents me from seeing my balance. DSK as a whole is a terrible bank but this app is almost as bad as actually going to the bank and dealing with things in person! Highly DON'T recommend.

The app is terrible, often taking an insane amount of time in order to access it. Constant slowdowns, errors, glitches and just overall trashy. The bank itself is also slow, I am frequently the last to get my paycheck because transactions through them can be delayed for quite a while. Their support is not 24/7 which is just unreal at this point. How can a financial institution not have full time support is beyond me. I am moving as soon as possible to a different one.
