Let's put it this way - this is NOT your everyday banking solution. It is extremely bulky and any button you hit, prepare to wait for 3 minutes and more until you see something happen on the screen. And if you want to see your transactions for anything out of the predefined ranges, prepare to lose your patience. It is, in fact, not possible. It keeps resetting the to date to the from date, rendering it thoroughly useless. Might even be easier in a physical office, heavens forbid!

its terrible. always an error popup when theres no error, just a popup. cant save templates. etc

Often functions don't work. Sometimes when sending money, the transaction status remains as failed or processing, but the wire has already arrived.
