App is terrible, its constantly loading, throwing errors, at night I cannot use it at all, because it doesn't let me log in. Sometimes I have to restart it a couple of times, so that I can finish my doings with it. The history of incomes and expenses is also often mixed up and you often cannot figure out where a given amount of your money went. Overall I cannot say I'm unhappy with the bank, but the mobile app is awful.

The "quick access" doesn't work, regardless of how many updates have been done to my account. It is impossible to make a bank transfer through the app. The Token is impossible to get. Every two days there's a new error message that prevents me from seeing my balance. DSK as a whole is a terrible bank but this app is almost as bad as actually going to the bank and dealing with things in person! Highly DON'T recommend.

It's funny how awful this app is. If you want to track your payments forget about it. Transactions are shown with the date cleared instead of the date of the payment. 15 payments for a period of 1 week are all shown on one date. Ridiculous. You can also hardly understand who the receiver of the payment is. Tons of useless numbers and characters, it's basically a guessing game who you paid to plus you don't know the correct date. I tried sending feedback through the app form but an error again
