About this app

Open Kharkiv is a modern mobile application for interacting with the city. We have updated the design, made the interface even more convenient, improved the appearance of the cards and added new city services so that everything important is at hand.

The application includes a digital Kharkiv Citizen Card (Digital X-card) - your key to partner offers and city benefits. You can also quickly find out about city news and events, receive important notifications directly in the application, sign up for an electronic queue, get information about city services, submit an application for a Kharkiv Citizen Card and use many other services directly from your smartphone.

For your convenience and confidence, the application also includes an Invincibility Map. You can download it to your device to have access to information about the nearest Invincibility Points, shelters and other vital information even when there is no Internet connection.
