app is slow, and doesn't always work well. it takes quite a bit of time to do this entire process and get every load checked in. Cars Arrive also uses another nemesis to us all called RMIS that is the biggest P.O.S on the planet. warning do not bother trying to call in, and if you do be prepared for a whole day ordeal. Anytime that I have had to call in for anything I have spent at least 8 hrs on hold and at most 11hrs:37 min. I use the app because I have to. otherwise I would not even touch it.

This app is completely unusable. Cars that are in your assigned folder are difficult to access, with load ID instead of last 6 of the Vin, in the heading. So you have to physically open every assignment to see which car you are picking up. Once you finally find your car, the app lags and crashes. I deleted this garbage off my Note 10 plus, and will be forced to mark pick up and delivered off the website until this app is stable and all of the immense flaws are addressed.

The old app was perfectly fine. The fact that everything is on a slide feature, instead of showing it on a list, is useless. Then not being able to mark "same as pick up" when delivering adds more time on the back end when we have to try and make it to thr next pick up before they close. This needs to be fixed. There was nothing wrong with the old application.
