app is slow, and doesn't always work well. it takes quite a bit of time to do this entire process and get every load checked in. Cars Arrive also uses another nemesis to us all called RMIS that is the biggest P.O.S on the planet. warning do not bother trying to call in, and if you do be prepared for a whole day ordeal. Anytime that I have had to call in for anything I have spent at least 8 hrs on hold and at most 11hrs:37 min. I use the app because I have to. otherwise I would not even touch it.

Can't mark cars the same as pick up at delivery. This causes drivers to waste time putting the same information in twice. We are already limited on time as it is, and we don't get paid to stand around playing on the phone. Whoever approved of this app should be demoted. My time is worth something. Transporters should charge a $10 fee each time the app is used. Manheim has had the same app for over 2 years and it's efficient. This is complete nonsense, and a waste of time.

the app is easy to learn however it freezes glitchy and takes forever to load while doing an inspection something that should take 5 mins tops turns into a 30 minute process because you can't proceed to the next step without completing it also the vin reader never works I always just manually input it it's faster and easier
