sadly of the same low quality as most of the Italian web development. thereby not just clumsy but outright unusable. I spent 15 minutes creating an account and adding all my details and bank cards, hoping I would then be able to buy bus tickets in the north region. not so: when searching for a bus ticket from riva del garda to arco, the various ticket types are shown but nothing happens when you tap on "buy". same thing happens if the trajectory is slightly altered.

I have to do traverse along multiple pages just to do the default usual thing, validate via qr code. It should be easier and faster. The update made it worse in some ways.

it is extrememly hit and miss as to whether the bus will actually take your ticket or not. paid for 2 tickets twice, and ended up having to pay cash on the bus. so in the end i paid for 4 uesless tickets! PS: the bus system is broken here. each bus seems to have a different form of payment. One can't predict how they should pay. i'd say only use cash, but some buses dont take cash either.
