Ratings and reviews

The rewards are solid, the app and the people who run are not. Support team is a joke, emailed twice and no response. The app says can take up to a week to receive redeemed money. Totally false. It's been 14 days now and still nothing. But they sure did process my claim from 3 days after the redeem. (They make their money on claims not redeems) absolutely terrible customer service. Shame cause like I said the rewards are great. I'd love to 5 star but can't due to the horrible customer service.

I uploaded my receipt almost a week ago for payout but it's still pending. This was my first experience with the app. I'm not impressed as I had rewards and they were removed but there's no payout.

Great app to support local businesses AND get rewards for doing it. Uploaded my June receipts and have seen really good rewards, every Burlington trip! Thank you City of indio for revitalizing our city!
